In just two years after debuting in Nigeria, Pan African Towers, an indigenous telecom infrastructure company has won big at the 4th Nigeria Tech Innovation and Telecom Awards (NTITA). The company which has its headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria was awarded as the Emerging Infrastructure Provider of the Year, while its CEO, Wole Abu was recognised and awarded for his outstanding contributions to the telecom industry in Nigeria.
Speaking after receiving the Awards at the Nigeria Airforce Conference Centre and Suites in Abuja, the Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Sumanta Kumar Ray on behalf of the CEO of the company, thanked the organisers for deeming his company and CEO, Mr. Wole Abu for being worthy of receiving such resounding recognition in Nigeria’s telecom sector. The CTO said that these awards demonstrate the persistent drive, dedication and commitment of Pan African Towers to continue providing connectivity to people everywhere in Nigeria especially to those in underserved areas in the country. Mr. Ray said that Pan African Towers has a massive growth plan to penetrate every nook and cranny in Nigeria and beyond to ensure that everyone anywhere in the country can access telecom services and foster other life-enhancing services, and these awards is an encouragement to stick to that plan.
